Proposal for 800 kWp
Solar Power Plant
Adoor, Kerala
Grid-Connected
(Renovion Energy Pvt Ltd)
REN/LLH/SC-800/2026
Executive Summary
Renovar Energy is pleased to present this proposal to develop an approximately 800 kWp grid-connected solar PV carport plant for Life Line Hospital, Adoor, Kerala. The proposed solution transforms the hospital's existing parking areas into a productive renewable-energy asset — generating clean power on-site, reducing long-term electricity costs, and reinforcing the hospital's commitment to sustainable operations.
The project will be delivered as a complete turnkey EPC solution by Renovar Energy — a single responsible partner covering design, engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, testing, commissioning, statutory approvals, warranty coordination and structured post-commissioning support.
Renovar Energy is offering two implementation options, both delivered on a complete turnkey basis with the same overall EPC approach, differing in module sourcing strategy and commercial priority:
Premium DCR configuration for clients prioritising domestic-module sourcing and procurement assurance.
Value-optimised solution with significantly lower upfront investment and procurement flexibility — without compromising the turnkey EPC approach.
DCR TOPCon Solar Modules with GI/MS Carport Structure
The DCR configuration represents Renovar's premium offering for Life Line Hospital — combining DCR-sourced TOPCon modules with a robust GI/MS fabricated carport structure and a complete electrical balance-of-system, delivered as a fully integrated turnkey solution.
Scope Highlights
- DCR TOPCon solar modules
- GI/MS fabricated solar carport structure
- Complete electrical BOS
- Grid-connected inverter system
- Online monitoring system
- Installation and commissioning
- Government / statutory approvals
- Warranty support
- Agreed O&M support
Premium DCR Configuration
DCR TOPCon modules · GI/MS carport · complete turnkey EPC
Non-DCR TOPCon Solar Modules with GI/MS Carport Structure
The Non-DCR configuration is Renovar's value-optimised solution — delivering the same complete turnkey EPC approach, the same GI/MS carport infrastructure and the same post-commissioning support framework, with a significantly lower upfront capital investment and greater procurement flexibility.
Scope Highlights
- Significantly lower upfront capital investment
- Procurement flexibility
- Attractive project economics
- Faster procurement mobilisation (subject to availability)
- Same GI/MS carport infrastructure
- Same complete turnkey EPC approach
- Complete BOS, installation and commissioning
- Government / statutory approvals
- Warranty and support
Value-Optimised Configuration
Non-DCR TOPCon modules · GI/MS carport · complete turnkey EPC
The Non-DCR option provides an upfront project cost saving of ₹1,41,05,600 including GST compared with the DCR option — while retaining the same overall turnkey solar carport EPC approach.
